The Callisto™ Sample Prep System enables robust SMRTbell^® library construction for HiFi sequencing with miniaturized reactions and lower inputs, and requires only 30 min of hands-on time per run. Preparation of high-quality HiFi libraries is supported with HMW DNA extraction, which produces higher yields and fragment lengths than manual protocols and reduces hands-on time by 82.5%.
