Automation without compromising library prep yield

Across 64 libraries prepared on Callisto, median yield was 5.46 pmol, compared with 4.78 pmol for 12 libraries prepared by hand, sufficient for 30x whole-genome sequencing of 16 samples per AXELIOS 1 run.

Accurate germline variant calling from automated prep

Accurate germline variant calling starts with high-quality libraries. To benchmark Callisto-prepared libraries, the GIAB reference sample HG001 was sequenced on AXELIOS 1 and benchmarked against the GIAB high-confidence truth set.
