The Twist Fast Hybridization Capture workflow delivers highly enriched libraries in as little as 6 hours—compressing a traditionally overnight, multi-step protocol into a single day.After a brief bench setup of the hybridization reactions, Callisto automates the rest: the two-to-four-hour hybridization, target capture, heated washes, and PCR setup. Libraries come off Callisto only for PCR amplification, then optionally return for automated post-PCR cleanup.
