Automated xGEN™ NGS Hybridization Capture and Wash Steps on the Volta Labs Digital Fluidics Platform Improves Consistency and Reduces Hands-on Time

This study represents the first phase of developing a complete walk-away xGen NGS Hybridization Capture workflow on the Callisto™ Sample Prep System. Post-hybridization processing on the Volta Labs platform was demonstrated to be compatible with reference, “real life,” and oncology-relevant samples, exomes and small panels, as well as single- and multi-plex captures. Capture metrics and variant calling results were comparable or better for libraries processed on the Volta Labs platform.
