The DNA Library Prep for ONT (LSK114) App offers robust library prep for various DNA sizes and sources. Callisto supports flexible batch sizes up to 24 reactions with a preloaded workflow to enable sequencing on Oxford Nanopore sequencing platforms. With a fully automated library prep, you spend less than 30 minutes of set-up time and achieve 3 hours of walk-away time for every 24 sample run on Callisto.

Miniaturized LSK114 preps with high yields

LSK114 library prep using 1 µg of high molecular weight DNA and half scale reagents generates ~700 ng of sequencing ready libraries. The App maintains the integrity of the high molecular weight input DNA in the output libraries.

High quality sequencing on Oxford Nanopore sequencing platforms

Callisto-prepped libraries deliver high-quality sequencing results on MinION with exceptional scores on key metrics including N50, Q score, and pore occupancy. For this data set, the flowcell was loaded with 300 ng of the Callisto prepared library.
